Dear Mayor Duitsman and Members of the City Council:
I wish to inform you at this time that on October 18, 1994, Kraus-
Anderson of Elk River, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Kraus-
Anderson, Incorporated, purchased the interest of Orrin and Scott
Ericson and now owns 100% of the partnership. We are in the
process of deactivating the partnership and completing the
necessary internal paperwork to continue the development and
operating the shopping center under the ownership of Kraus-
Anderson of Elk River, Inc.
e Orrin and Scott Ericson have no further associations with the
project or any other project of any Kraus-Anderson entity.
