SUBJECT: Special Assessment Reapportionment
The plat of Hillside Estates III was recorded late in December. Therefore the special
assessments for trunk and lateral water and sewer improvements which were levied on
November 7, 1994, need to be reapportioned to the nine new parcels. The following is a
list of the parcels and the amounts to be reapportioned to each parcel.
