SUBJECT: Designation of Official City Newspaper
INTRODUCTION
As part of the annual business meeting the City Council must designate its
official newspaper. The City's official newspaper publishes all legal matters
such as resolutions, ordinances, election notices, public hearing notices,
budget summaries, etc. The "Elk River Star News" has been the official
newspaper for the City of Elk River for the past several years.
. ACTION REQUESTED
It is recommended that the Elk River Star News be designated as the official
newspaper for the City of Elk River for 1995.
