SUBJECT: YMCA Concept by BWBR
The Conditional Use Permit for the YMCA project will be reviewed by the City Council on
July 16 as part of the regularly scheduled planning items agenda.
The City Council will have an opportunity to begin the review of the building materials
proposed by the YMCA. The architect, Greg Fenton, will be present on Monday and will be
able to provide further information regarding the proposed materials.
