Set an administrative hearing date of Monday, August 6, 2007, before the City Council for a liquor
violation by MP Convenience.
BackKround/Discussion
As the Council is aware, liquor compliance checks were done in June and MP Convenience, 13374
Highway 10, failed. Owner Pao Vang has requested an administrative hearing. As soon as this date is set
by the Council, Mr. Vang will be notified of this date, time, place, and purpose.
