Council is asked to open the public hearing and continue it to August 20, 2007.
Backlround/Discussion
Alliance Machine has submitted a request for an Ordinance amendment to allow accessory structures in
the Business Park zoning district.
Staff has received comment from the Planning Commission at its June meetings, and the public hearing
was scheduled to be continued to the July Planning Commission meeting. To allow staff additional time
to incorporate the comments into a draft ordinance for action, the public hearing has been rescheduled
for the August 14, 2007 Planning Commission meeting and the August 20, 2007 City Council meeting.
