Approve Bid Advertisement for Bid Package #2 YMCA Project
Action Requested
Approve bid advertisement for bid package 2 YMCA project.
Backa:round/Discussion
On June 11 RJM construction presented to the City Council their plan of the bidding of the YMCA
project. As outlined in that plan, RJM Construction is. requesting approval to advertise for bid package 2
which includes all remaining work on the project not covered in bid package 1. The tentative bid date for
bid package 2 is August 30, 2007.
Financial Impact
None; there are no financial impacts until actual bid award.
