SUBJECT: Request for exemption from lawful
gambling by Elk River Senior High
INTRODUCTION
The Elk River Senior High has made application for an Exemption from
Lawful Gambling License. The exemption will allow the School to hold a
raffle with the drawing to be on June 3, 1995. The school plans to use the
raffle money to supplement a band trip to Japan in 1996.

ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion to approve the Exemption from Lawful Gambling License as
requested by the Elk River Senior High.
