Next Steps
As a point of information, the attached timeline provides an outline of the Task Force's
redevelopment planning meetings to date, as well as anticipated dates for upcoming Task
Force, City Board and Commission meetings and Community Open Houses.
The Task Force should note that there is no Task Force meeting proposed for September
since the draft Plan is under review and comment during the next month. In addition,
please note that the October Task Force meeting is scheduled for the tlllrd Monday of the
month in order to provide staff sufficient time to collate and prepare the summary of public
comments for Task Force review.
The meeting dates will be posted on the City web site as dates are confirmed for the various
City Boards and Commissions, Community Open Houses and Task Force meetings.
