INFORMATION
This memo is to provide an overall update 011 Code Enforcement. Staff has been receiving
several complaints. In most cases the compl~ints are for several violations on the property,
not just one. To date there are 60 open code I enforcement cases (basically 60 properties in
violation) the table below represents the type land number of complaints/violations.

To date nine properties in violation of the gr~ss/weeds ordinance have been cut through our
abatement process. Thirty-three cases have been closed due to compliance.
The Briggs property real estate signs that werr. in violation along J ackson Avenue have been
removed.
