Action Requested
Approval of a 3.2. percent malt liquor temporary on-sa~e license to the Elk River Lions for September 8,
2007 contingent upon receipt of the proper liquor liability insurance.
Background/Discussion
The Elk River Lions have applied for this license for the Elk River Fire Department Open House and
Dance, which will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2([)07 at the Elk River Fire Station #1 (415 Jackson
Avenue). Applicant has submitted appropriate applicatiion materials with the exception of a certificate of
insurance verifying proper liquor liability insurance. I
