Staff requests the City Council to open and close the public hearing without any action on this item.
Background/Discussion
The proposed Ordinance Amendment was heard before the Planning Commission at their regular
meeting of August 14, 2007. No one spoke at the public hearing. The Planning Commission tabled this
item for further discussion. The action did not include a specific workshop for this item; therefore, staff
is requesting the Council to open and close the public hearing and we will re-notice this item when it is
ready for another public hearing.
