Council motion approving a pyrotechnic fireworks display license for Peter Rothfork with RES Specialty
Pyrotechnics, Inc. to conduct a pyrotechnic display at Elk River High School during football games on
August 30, September 14, October 5, and October 17.
Background/Discussion
Application was received on August 20,2007, from RES Specialty Pyrotechnics, Inc. for a pyrotechnic
display license in order to light a large fireworks display at Elk River High School football games. The
dates of the firework displays are:
