NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Elk River City Council may be attending the Elk River
High School Homecoming Parade on September 14,2007, beginning at 4:45 p.m. in Elk River,
Minnesota. A quorum of the Elk River City Council may attend the parade; however, they \vill not
convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the City Council during the homecoming
parade.
