CITY OF ELK RIVER
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AMENDING SECTION
30-1294, SUBSECTION d (I) OF THE ELK RIVER CITY CODE TO ADD
SUBPARAGRAPH (i) TO ALLOW CERTAIN RECREATION USES AS AN
INTERIM
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 30-1294, subsections (d) of the Elk River City Code,
shall be amended to add Subsection (l)(i) thereto:
i. Physical Recreation or Training of any size. may be approved as an
interim use if the underlyin~ land use is industrial. Such interim use
may be approved for a period determined by the City Council not to
exceed five (5) vears.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon publication as provided by
law.

Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 20th day of
August, 2007.
