Authorization to prepare an ordinance to change the dates of the Planning Commission meeting:
Workshop to the 2nd Tuesday of each month from the 4t" Tuesday of each month
Regular meeting from the 2nd Tuesday of each month to the 4`" Tuesday of each month.
Summar~r
Staff is seeking authorization to switch the two Planning Commission meetings, so that the Planning
Commission workshop will be the 2nd Tuesday and the regular meeting will be the 4`" Tuesday. This does
not alter the time during review, but it does space apart meetings so that the applicant reaches the public
arena sooner, and there is additional opportunity for staff and the applicant to prepare final plans and
other supporting information.
If acceptable, staff would prepare the necessary ordinance, and would like to implement the change
effective January 1, 2008.
