Council motion approving the following licenses fox Speedway SupexAmerica LLC fox sales at the new
SupexAmerica #41961ocated at 17079 Yale Court:
3.2. Percent Off-Sale Malt Liquor License valid through June 3Q, 2008
Tobacco license valid through December 31, 2008
BackgroundlDiscussion
All necessary application materials have been submitted by Speedway SuperAmexica LLC for both
licenses. The licensing period fox tobacco is January 1 -December 31. The tentative opening date fox the
new SupexAmexica location is October 29, 2007; therefore, staff and SupexAmerica ate requesting that
the tobacco license be approved through December 31, 2008.
The Police Department completed a compliance report on the other SuperAmerica locations in Elk River
and the results axe as follows:
