Motion to approve a massage establishment and massage therapist license fox Emily Chock dba/The Spa
on Fillmore located at 18051 Filltnoxe Street NW based upon approval of the conditional use permit.
Background/Discussion
Emily Chock has made application fox a massage establishment and a massage therapist license fox a
home business to be located at 18051 Fillmoxe Street NW. A conditional use permit is required in order
fox Ms. Chock to be issued a massage establishment license fox hex home; therefore, issuance of the
massage establishment license should be based upon approval of the conditional use permit.
The applicant has submitted all the necessary application materials and successfully completed home
inspections by the Building Department and the Fire Department to ensure hex home is code compliant.
