SUBJECT: Resignation of Assistant Economic Development Director
As you axe aware, Heidi Steinmetz has resigned hex position as Assistant Economic
Dccelopment Director as of November 2, 2007. At this time, staff anticipates that we will
come back to the City Council in December to seek authorization to replace the subject
position. Pxiox to this time, staff will be having internal discussions and recommendations to
the Council regarding potential modifications to this position, regarding job duties and
responsibilities. If the Council has any initial thoughts on this, I would appreciate you
emailing those to me at sclarknae ci.elk-rivex.mn.us. If you have any overall questions over the
next month, please contact me accordingly.
