Meeting Schedule
All Councilmembers are requested to bring their calendars to the January 30, 1995, City
Council meeting so that we can establish our meeting schedule for the next few months.
The following list shows our Mondays and established meeting agendas for the next few
months.

Issues that the City Council should take into consideration when planning its meeting
schedule include possible joint meetings with:
the Planning Commission;
the Park and Recreation Commission;
the School Board; and,
the Sherburne County Board of Commissioners.
Also, there is a tentatively scheduled joint meeting with the Utilities Commission in
March (the 27th??). Additionally, the City Council may need to continue its CIP
worksession to another Monday evening or else this may require a special Saturday
worksession.

Some additional topics for the Council to consider for special meetings include a public
hearing or informational meeting on the east Highway 10 feasibility study for the sewer
and water project; to reword/update our City Assessment Manual; to review our long
range traffic study and to review the Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion project.
During the next few months we will also be using the first hour of some of our Council
meetings for annual report presentations by the department heads.
Finally, ifthe 2/6/95 meeting is cancelled, the City Council should call a special meeting
for either five minutes before the EDA meeting on February 13, 1995, or immediately
following this 2/13 meeting in order to approve a check register.
