The City Council is asked to approve the renewal of deferment of Constance Moldenhauer's Western
Area assessment and Eva Murray's Holt & 4~' assessment.
Background/Discussion
Constance Moldenhauer was granted a senior citizen/hardship deferral of the Western Area assessment
for her property at 12860 Orono Road Northwest (parcel number 75-468-0255).
Eva Murray was granted a senior citizen/hardship deferral of the Holt & 4`'' assessment fox her property
at 524 - 4``' Street Northwest (parcel number 75-404-0111).
The original deferral is good for ten years and at that time it can extended by application of the property
owner and approval by the City Council. Ms. Moldenhauer and Ms. Murray still meet all of the
requirements for deferral.
