Extension of Preliminary Plat Cranberry Ridge.
Background/Discussion
The Cranberry Ridge Preliminary Plat of 16 lots was approved in February 2007. A Final Plat application
has not been made at this time. Mr. Werner indicated that the extension is necessary due to market
conditions.
The Council may wish to consider a policy on extending approved but not acted on preluninary plats,
final plats, or conditional use permits. It may be desirable to limit (as policy) extensions to one (per
project) to ensure that a project remains consistent with the City's and neighborhood goals.

This is a formal request to extend the time to bring our preliminary approved plat at cranberry ridge ,to a final
plat approval. We would like to ask all parties to extend this plat for at least 1 year do to market condition. In the
event conditions would change we then would contact the city to reapply for faster final approval.
