AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AMENDING
SECTION 2-355, TITLED "MEETINGS AND RULES OF PROCEDURE"
UNDER DIVISION 8, TITLED "ENERGY CITY COMMISSION" OF THE
ELK RIVER CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES
The City Council of the City of Ells River does hereby ordain as follows:
