RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON
S.P. 204-133-01 and S.P. 204-020-03 (Tyler Street) from 171st Avenue N.W. to existing CSAH
13 in the City of Elk River, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, THIS RESOLUTION was passed this 9a day of August, 1999, by the
City of Elk River in Sherbume County, Minnesota. The Municipal Corporation shall hereinafter
be called the "City", WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the "City", has planned the improvement of Tyler Street, Municipal State Aid
Street No. 133 from 171st Avenue NW to CSAH 12 and County State Aid Highway No. 13 from
CSAH 12 to existing CSAH 13 in the City of Elk River, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the improvements
of this Street; and
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides
of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project
must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of the street at all times.
