Background/Discussion
Hillside Estates Plat was approved in 1992. Since then, 10 phases have been approved and recorded. Mr.
Youngquist indicated that the extension is necessary due to market conditions.

Riverside Companies would like to request an extension of the Preliminary Plat Approval
of Hillside Estates. Given the current housing market, we do not anliciipate platting
Hillside.Estafes 11~' Addition for at least another year. Riverside Companies is asking for .
this extension to stay in compliance with Minnesota State Statues for platting. Please .
