A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
APPROVING CHANGES TO THE DOWNTOWN PARKING LIMITS FOR
ON-STREET PARKING
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River regulates bq resolution the time limits restricting on-
street parking in the downtown area (City Ordinance 74.96); and,
WHEREAS, to have enough on street parking for customers and clients of downtown
businesses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota:
1. Current restrictions or limits for on-street parking in the downtown area of Elk River
will be removed.
2. All on-street areas in the downtown Elk River area will be posted to restrict all on-
street parking to no more than three hours.
