A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
REPLACEMENT OF THE LIGHTING ALONG
TH 10 IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA
WHEREAS, through a cooperative agreement with MnDOT is responsible for replacement of the
lightening along the TH 10 corridor through downtown; and
WHEREAS, the existing lighting has begun to deteriorate to the point that it needs to be replaced.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota:
Plans and specifications for the replacement of the lighting along the TH 10 corridor
through the downtown area and Terry Maurer, City Engineer, is designated as the project
engineer for this improvement. The project engineer is directed to prepare plans and
specifications for the making of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids.
Passed and adopted this 3~ day of December, 2007.
