Adopt attached resolution acknowledging a contribution from Mr. Lynn Caswell to the City of Elk River
pursuant to Minnesota State Statute 465.03.
Background/Discussion
Mr. Lynn Caswell recently donated a Parabody Home Gym System to the Elk River Police Department
with the intent it be used by employees.

RESOLUTION 07-
RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING
CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE
CITY OF ELK RIVER
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a Parabody Home Gym System from Lynn
Caswell with the intent it be used by the Elk River Police Department employees; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River
to acknowledge the support and commend Mr. Caswell for his donation.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 10`h day of December
2007.
