All of the information related to this request has been presented to the Council previously including a
presentation from Mr. Patrick Grace of the Elk River Area Arts Alliance.
Financial Impact
The Elk River Area Arts Alliance is requesting $15,000 and the 2008 genexal fund budget includes
$10,000.
