Action Requested
Approval of a massage establishment and massage therapist license to Roanne Euerle - A Touch of
Health Massage Therapy valid through December 31, 2008.
Background/Discussion
Roanne Euerle is applying for a massage establishment and a massage therapist license to work from
Infinite Light Wellness Center located at 251 - 8`" Street, Suite A in Elk River. Ms. Euerle previously held
a massage establishment license and massage therapist license for work at Ideal Health. Ms. Euerle has
submitted the required application materials.
All massage licenses expire December 31 of each year. Due to the timing of the application, staff is
recommending the establishment and therapist licenses be approved through December 31, 2008.
