Request extension of preliminary plat approval for Preserve Ponds to November 20, 2008.
Background/Discussion
The developer of Preserve Ponds inadvertently allowed the approval of his project to expire, which it did
on November 20, 2007, one year after City Council approval of the project. The developer still intends
on developing the project, and requests an extension of one year.
This request is consistent with recent Council direction to allow preliminary plats 2 years before a final
plat is required to be submitted.
