Authorization to initiate rezoning of 2008 identified areas from the A-1 zoning district to the R-1a zoning
district.
Background/Discussion
The rezoning, once approved, would allow the minimum lot size to be reduced to 2.5 acres. With the
authorization, staff will prepare appropriate publication and ordinances, and hold necessary public
hearings, likely in January.
