Award Final Two Bid Packages for YMCA Project.
Background/Discussion
RJM Construction has completed its review of the final two unawarded bids received on September 6,
2007 for bid package 2. RJM has conducted a scope review with the apparent low bidder for each
category. Based on the results of these reviews RJM is recommending the City Council that the award the
contract as follows:

RJM Construction has completed .its review of the final two unawarded bids received on
September 6, 2007 for Bid Package 2. In addifion to the bid review, we have also
conducted a scope review with the apparent low bidder for each Bid Category. Based on
the results of these reviews we recommend to the City Council that they award the
