SUBJECT: Land Use Amendment and Zone
Change Request by Dennis Anderson,
Public Hearing Case No. LUA 94-05 and
ZC 94-06
.Dennis Anderson is requesting that this agenda item be withdrawn (please
see attached letter). The applicant is proposing to resubmit an application
which would rezone Outlot A of the Brentwood subdivision from R1c (Single
Family Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit. Development). The applicant is
also proposing to amend the land use plan from MR (Medium Density
Residential) to HB (Highway Business). If the applicant follows through with
his plans, the request will be re-advertised and property owners will be
notified prior to the Planning Commission meeting.

To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to withdraw my land use plan amendment and rezoning
applications dated June 2, 1994. These applications were to rezone Outlot A
• of Brentwood Addition from Rlc to C3 and amend the land use from MR to
HB. I am withdrawing these applications at this time, however, will be
reapplying to rezone the property to a planned unit development with an
underlying land use of HB (Highway Business).
