Request
Art Peterson is requesting an administrative subdivision to divide a 18.96
acre parcel into a~ 2.67 acre parcel (Parcel A), and a 16.29 acre parcel (Parcel
B). Both parcels yvill have access onto Meadowvale Road.

The property is z~,oned R1a which requires a minimum lot size of 2-1/2 acres
with 160 feet of frontage. Mr. Peterson is proposing to create a 2.67 acre
parcel (Parcel A)I, and a 16.29 acre parcel (Parcel B). Each proposed lot is
currently vacant'~,at this time and each lot will meet or exceed the minimum
requirements in terms of lot size and width in the R1a zoning district. Both
parcels will have'',access onto Meadowvale Road which is a county road. The
