SUBJECT: Consider Application for Massage
Therapist License by Susan Ramstorf
INTRODUCTION
Susan Ramstorf has made application for a massage therapist license. Upon
review of the application materials, it appears that Ms. Ramstorf has met the
requirement of 500 hours of successfully completed course work in the areas
of massage, anatomy and hygiene. The police chief has signed off on the
background check.
• Susan Ramstorf will be administering massage therapy at the Perfect
Balance Body Salon located at 657 Main Street in the city of Elk River.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion to approve a massage therapist license for Susan Ramstorf.
