Sandblasting WWTP Buildings
Because we are not sure when the next plant expansion is going to take place, and due to
the continued deterioration of the block walls on the buildings at the treatment plant, I am
requesting permission to advertise for bids to sandblast and seal the exterior of the main
building, digester building, and pretreatment building. The engineers estimate is between
$15,000 and $18,000.
