SUBJECT: Code Amendment for Zero Lot Line
Developments, Public Hearing
Case No. OA 95-03
Staff is proposing several ordinance amendments related to zero lot line
development and is currently considering an ordinance which will allow zero
lot developments as a permitted use in both commercial and industrial
zoning districts. Staff is requesting more time to research the code
amendments for zero lot developments. This item will be reviewed by the
Planning Commission at their next scheduled meeting on May 23, 1995.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that this item be continued until the June 19, 1995 City
Council meeting.
