Meadowvale Heights
Request
Consider a request by Loucks and Associates, Inc. fora Certificate of
Correction to Plat within the Meadowvale Heights Addition.

Overview
Surveyors working on the Meadowvale Heights Addition recently discovered
some inaccurate bearings and distances on Outlot C of Meadowvale Heights.
The specific location of these inaccuracies is along the Burlington Northern
Railroad tracks at the extreme south end of Meadowvale Heights Addition.
Apparently the original field location of the Burlington Northern Railroad
tracks was done inaccurately; therefore, establishing the inaccurate bearings
and distances.
Attached is a Certificate of Correction to Plat from Paul McGinley of Loucks
and Associates, Inc. describing the corrections which need to be made,
establishing the accurate bearing and distances on Outlot C of Meadowvale
Heights. This Correction to Plat will have no impact on Meadowvale Heights
1st Addition, nor the 2nd Addition which is currently under construction.
Recommendation
It is recommended the City Council approve the Certificate of Correction to
Plat for Meadowvale Heights as described in the attached document.

Also the most southerly dimension on the west lute of said Uutlot C which is shown as

Also, beginning at tl,e Routllwest corner of the NWI/4 of tltc SEl/4 of Section 29, T.33,
R.2G, the distances shown running north and cast respectively from that point should be
changed from 118.76 to 121.11 anal from 900.84 to 890.61.
Also, the length on the southerly segment -of the center line of the 33.0 foot wide
drainage cnscmcnt withut Said Outlot C muot be corrected from 137.53 to 1.39.22.
Also, the bearing on the center line of fihe 33.0 foot wide drainage easement along the
south line of said Outlot C must be corrected from North 82 degrees 34 minutes 04
seconds West to North 82 degrees 20 minutes 02 seconds West.
