SUBJECT: Special Assessment Reapportionment
for Hillside Estates 4th Addition
As is required by Minnesota Statutes, the assessments outstanding on the
property to be platted into Hillside Estates 4th Addition need to be
reapportioned. There are two parcels which will become Hillside Estates 4th
Addition.
The two original parcel identification numbers are 75-127-1000 and 75-126-
• 2200. There are currently assessments on these two parcels for
improvements completed in 1994 for sanitary sewer and watermain trunk
and lateral improvements. The assessments will be reapportioned as follows:

Once the two parcels purchased for Hillside 4th are platted into the sixteen
lots included in the plat, a final reapportionment will be done to reallocate
the assessments to the new lots.
Staff Recommendation
The council is asked to approve the reapportionment of special assessments
for the 1994 Northeast Area Improvements as outlined above.
