• Well it's spring and I just wanted to give you the annual update on the drainage at the back of our
lot.
We wanted you to know that all the changes you made last fall have worked ep rfectlX. The water
only lasts a day or two after a rainfall and this spring the melt off was gone right away.
We really appreciate your tenacity in dealing with Jerry Smith in getting the job done. That alone
is a difficult task, one that I would not want on my shoulders. I'm sure you get plenty of letters
from angry homeowners (me included) so I wanted to make sure that you were aware of how nice
this has turned out. I don't think it would have happened without you.
