1. Call Meeting To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Board of Adjustments
was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Lemke.
Withdrawn -Consider Request by Sportech for Lot Width Variance, Public Hearine -Case
No. V 07-02
Planning Manager Jeremy Barnhart stated that this request has been withdrawn by the
applicant, but a public hearing has been advertised and mailed notification to the property
owners was done.
Chair Lemke opened the public hearing. There being no public comment, Chair Lemke
closed the public hearing. The request to withdraw was accepted.
3. Adjournment
There being no further business, MOVED BY COMMISSIONER ANDERSON TO
ADJOURN THE MEETING.
The meeting of the Elk River Board of Adjustments adjourned at 6:31 p.m.
