It is requested that the Council designate the Elk Diver Star Nezvr as the official newspaper for the City of
Elk River for 2008.
Background/Discussion
State Statute requires that each city annually designate an official newspaper that is used to publish legal
matters and notices. The Elk River Star Nezvr has been the official newspaper for the City of Elk River for
several years.
