Council motion to approve an On-Sale and Sunday liquor license to Applebee's Restaurants North, LLC
d/b/a Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar, valid to June 30, 2007.
Background/Discussion
The Applebee's in Elk River is changing to a new corporate owner and would like an On-Sale and Sunday
liquor license for the restaurant located at 18891 Freeport Street. All application materials have been
received and background checks have been completed. The day-to-day operations of the restaurant,
including the employees, menu, and hours of operation will remain the same.
