A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
SETTING THE SANITARY SEWER USER FEES
FOR 2000 AND 2001
WHEREAS, the costs for providing sanitary sewer services are to be funded
through a user charge; and,
WHEREAS, the user charge is to cover ongoing operating expenses and
replacement and expansion expenses; and,
WHEREAS, sewer rates need to be adjusted to cover increases in operating
expenses due to inflation that is expected in 2000 and 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River that sanitary sewer user fees be set as follows:
