A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AGREEING TO ENTER INTO A COOPERATIVE
AGREEMENT WITH SHERBURNE COUNTY FOR THE
RECONSTRUCTION OF CSAH 12
WHEREAS, Sherburne County is planning to reconstruct CSAH 12 from
CSAH 13 to the east County line; and
WHEREAS, Sherburne County will re'ceive Federal funds to assist with the
cost of the reconstruction; and
WHEREAS, Sherburne County requires approval from the City of Elk River
prior to proceeding with the reconstruction of CSAH 12.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River, Minnesota:
The City of Elk River hereby approves of the reconstruction of CSAH
12 from CSAH 13 to the east county line.
The City of Elk River agrees to enter into a cooperative agreement
with Sherburne County for the payment of a portion of the
construction cost. It is the City's'understanding that Federal dollars
will be prorated between the City and County shares.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 15th day
of November, 1999.
