The City Council is asked to approve the renewal of deferment of Lucille Lloyd's Western Area
assessment and Lake Orono Dredging assessment.
Background/Discussion
Lucille Lloyd was granted a senior citizen/hardship deferral of the Western Area assessment and Lake
Orono Dredging assessment for her property at 1920 Main Street (parcel number 75-413-0320).
The original deferral is good for ten years and at that time it can be extended by application of the
property owner and approval by the City Council. Ms. Lloyd still meets all of the requirements for
deferral.
