I, Brad Stevens, Planning Commission Chait, hereby cancel the Workshop Meeting of
the Elk River Planning Commission scheduled for Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at 6:30 p.m. at
Elk River City Hali,130G5 Orono Parkway, Ells River, Minnesota.
The meeting has been cancelled due to an illness.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the Planning Commission of the cancellation of the regular meeting and revised
meeti~ date, in writ' ng,~t le~i.st one day before the meeting.
