SUBJECT: Update on Post Office Property
Following the EDA's direction to continue consideration of participating in the bid process
for the post office property, staff is awaiting notice from the post office on the
advertisement for bids.
According to staff's most recent conversations, the post office anticipates advertisement
within the next month. Upon notice, staff will request a special EDA executive session
meeting be called to discuss and formalize whether or not to bid and establish a bid price.
