Cancel the December 26, 2007 Planning Commission workshop
Cancel the January 22, 2008 Planning Commission workshop
Background/Discussion
Due to the Christmas holiday, staff suggests cancelling the December meeting. Also, duie to the
Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, and the resulting scheduling conflicts with the City Council meeting
on the 22"d, staff recommends cancelling the January workshop also. If a workshop is necessary in
January, Staff will work with the chair to call a special one, fox January 29t"
This was discussed during the November workshop. A formal motion is required.
